Being a clerk as we all well know is a complex role working within the parameters of the law and at the same time managing the expectations and the perceptions of those in the GBs we strive to support.
But what are we really accomplishing besides the operational aspects of the role where we organise and manage a variety of meetings and tasks that are assigned to us?
